Yes. New subscribers get one week free on the yearly Core and Pro plans. You're reminded two days before it ends, and you can cancel in Settings before then without paying.
The prices here are in US dollars. The App Store shows your price in your own currency, and it can differ from a straight conversion. Coach messages a month are fewer in some countries where prices are lower.
You keep your plan, your logs and your history, and Stwong carries on as the Free plan. Subscriptions are billed and cancelled through your Apple ID.
